Goodbye Summer

Hello! I do apologies for my absence, I now work full time and I have had no time to write any summer blogpost. I'm not a very big fan of summer, don't get me wrong I love the sun and being able to wear my dresses but It's my least favourite season, so I'm glad we're saying goodbye to Summer. 
This summer for me has honestly been so boring, I've worked practically every single day, I didn't do anything fun however, It was better then last summer because I wasn't heartbroken and crying most of the time.
As we say goodbye to Summer we say hello to the best season Autumn! If you've been following me for a while, you will know I LOVE Autumn and unlike Summer I plan to make Autumn as jam packed as I can. 
I'm exited for them crips Autumn mornings and the seasonal drinks. I'm exited for crunchy leafs and going conker picking. Halloween and bonfire night.
So get them bikinis and dresses away and get out your wooly hats and scarfs out and say goodbye to Summer, and give a big warm welcome to Autumn :)

    Summer is definitely my favourite time of year but I’m super excited for the upcoming months, especially Halloween!

We all have them films that we watch when we need cheering up or that we just can't get enough of. Chicken run - Yes the Aardman animation about the chickens who wants to escape from Tweedy's farm. Quick and easy Mince Pies | BLOGMAS

BLOGMAS DAY 7 In my opinion It's not Christmas without mince pie, they are always the item my mum and dad stock up on so this year I though I would give them ago.  You will need a 12 hole cupcake tin Ingredients: Ready made Shortcrust pastry  1 egg beaten 350g mincemeat 1 egg beaten to glaze Icing sugar for dusting Method - Preheat your oven to 200 degrees - Roll the pastry out thinly on a lightly floured work surface and cut out 12 rounds using a circle cookie cutter then place in your greases cupcake tin. - Spoon a generously heaped teaspoon of mincemeat into each pastry case, re-roll the pastry trimming and cut out 18 stars using a star cookie cutter, put two of the stars on top of the mince meat and brush with your beaten egg. - Bake them in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crisp allow to cool and dust with Icing sugar. I love mince pies with either some cream or custard, These are so cute and easy to make and perfect for Christmas day! Blogmas day 6
